Wholesale Terms & Policies

Who we serve
• Licensed wholesale customers (cafés, restaurants, offices, retailers).

Lead times
• Typical lead time: 48 hours (Mon–Fri). Larger orders or custom items may require more time; we’ll confirm by email.

Minimums & case packs
• Products are sold per case. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) and case sizes are shown on product pages.

Pickup & Local Delivery
Pick-Up: 1730 E Warner Rd, Suite 8, Tempe, AZ 85284 during posted business hours.
Local Delivery: within our service area; fee displayed at checkout. Delivery window will be confirmed after you order.
• We do not offer parcel shipping.

Order changes & cancellations
• Requests must be received by 12:00 PM the business day before your pickup/delivery. Custom or perishable items may be non-cancelable once production begins.

Payment terms
• Payment is due at checkout unless you have approved terms. Late invoices may incur a fee.

Returns / quality
• Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos; we’ll repair, replace, or credit at our discretion.

Allergens
• Our kitchen is gluten-free and plant-based (vegan). We disclose ingredients, but cross-contact with other allergens may still be possible. Please inform us of any severe allergies.

Out of stock / substitutions
• We may suggest equal or better substitutions; you can decline for a refund/credit of the affected item(s).

Taxes
• Sales tax applied as required by law. Provide a valid resale/tax exemption certificate to remove tax from eligible orders.

Force majeure
• We aren’t liable for delays outside our control (e.g., supply disruptions, weather).
